The key to caring for normal to sensitive skin and skin affected by rosacea this time of year is to intensely hydrate, calm inflammation and strengthen the skin barrier. Rumors of the thin '90s eyebrows coming back over the New Year may have filled me with nostalgia, but I can assure you that mine (although more blonde than bushy) will remain exactly as they are. In fact, I recently got my hands on this thickening brow serum to make my brows look fuller. The gel stays in place throughout the day giving the appearance of a boost, and its active ingredients also nourish the roots. Ginseng, turmeric, and knotweed (which support natural keratin) work together to condition and soften hair, giving you a healthy-looking brow without a hint of nineties.

It can be difficult to stick to routines and schedules during the winter break, so this week I made an effort to rekindle my positive habits. One of these is exfoliating my body, which is my foolproof way of rebooting the skin and getting my blood pumping.
