Body neutrality is a great concept. I love the idea of ​​not being consumed by thoughts of how my body looks or how it moves. I also like that it takes no place in the world of body positivity — an empowerment movement for marginalized people — while encouraging people to move away from negativity about their abilities or aesthetics. It's about just accepting your body the way it is. But practicing this in real life is not easy - in my case especially during my training. It's not because I judge my body by how it looks during my squats and presses, but because training is an activity that requires us to be aware of what our bodies are doing. We inevitably have success or failure, and when you're passionate about your training, you often tend to have an emotional and physical response to it.
